Senior Manager, Talent Management & Learning Development
Job Description :
- To design and develop programs that strengthen employee capability, leadership and the overall health of the organization.
- Enhance organizational development and strategic workforce planning, capabilities developments and future readying our workforce within the group and responsible to develop strategies across the group.
- To lead the OD initiatives, review and design an effective organization structure aligned with company’s strategic directions with support from the HRBPs.
- To lead analysis and identification of organizational gaps in the structure, processes and people practices followed by recommendations to achieve the business goals.
- To lead and manage the organizational effectiveness through activities such as periodic job analysis, job evaluation, job sizing, job person match, and organization restructuring.
- To perform and manage yearly manpower planning and budgeting exercise as well as ascertain control on new job creation.
- To form collaborative partnership with HRIS & Analytics team for manpower data analysis and digital dashboard.
- To drive talent assessment plan, manage profiling tools and conduct effective development interventions for talent and successor – leadership, personal development plan.
- To lead the identification of potential talent for group’s succession plan and lead strategic learning initiatives to ensure retention and development of personal learning expertise.
- To review the effectiveness of talent management programs across the group and develop future enhancements.
- To drive career management plan for multiple levels of staff in order to provide a clear career progression and growth pathway.
- To lead the design and development of customized training plan and catalogues with different learning solutions across the group.
- To direct major learning and development programs particularly for senior management staff.
- To lead the review of sponsorship/ employee bond agreements framework and the internship/ practical students/ Management Trainee Program for all employees across the group.
- To establish and drive strategies for competency management – competency modelling and TNA
- To perform other related duties that is assigned by relevant management team.
