Job Description :

Develop and drive Sales, Business Development and marketing strategies, plan, initiatives and activities across portfolio of internal and external customers to achieve maximum toll and non-toll revenue. Establish and maintain effective relationship with various government authorities, private sector, clients and vendors to achieve sales and marketing objectives associated with assigned market segment, services and products.

 

 

1.      Formulate and drive the internal and external sales, marketing & business development plans, programs and initiatives to ensure profitability and revenue generation of the Technology Division.

2.      Lead and drive Internal and External Sales, Business Development and marketing activities across portfolio of internal and external customers under the division of Technology to ensure revenue growth. 

3.      Formulate and establish internal and external sales and marketing policies, procedures and governance structure to ensure consistent messaging, adherence to brand standards and highest quality in the practices.

4.      Evaluate the internal and external business models based on market demand in commercializing the products and services to ensure company’s expansion and sales growth. 

5.      Formulate and establish potential new business or sales opportunities to ensure business sustainability and revenue generation. 

6.      Lead and drive market research initiatives including market sizing, win/loss analysis, customer requirements, competitive positioning, and other market insights to increase marketing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

7.      Review the products & services market positioning based on customer needs and communication channel to best communicate the products' attributes to target customers enhancing sales and revenue growth. 

8.      Establish and maintain external partnership with government and private sectors to ensure best practices of sales, marketing and business development learning from external are embedded in the organization.

9.      Review and evaluate the tender and quotations proposals to ensure accuracy and timely submission.

10.   Lead the engagement with external stakeholders in promoting products and services also business partnering to optimize marketing opportunities and efficiencies.

11.   Establish timely and accurate sales, business development and marketing dashboard, reports and updates to track the progress also formulate action plan to achieve the targeted revenue.
