Responsible for leading the strategic direction and daily operations of the university. This position requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in higher education. The CEO will work closely with the Vice Chancellor and Board of Directors to ensure the long-term success of the university.

• Develop and implement the university’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the university’s objectives.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies and relevant bodies.

• Lead and manage the leadership team to ensure effective operation and collaboration across the university.

• Oversee the development and deliverables of high-quality academic programs that meet the needs of the university and align with industry trends and demands.

• Ensure the effective management of the university’s financial resources, including the development and management of the university’s budget.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, with a focus on leveraging technology and data to drive efficiencies and improve student outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and ensure the university’s practices are consistent in the industry.

• Keep abreast of industry knowledge, development and potential collaboration with external parties to improve university ranking.
