Manage on daily operations arrangement to ensure meet with the production planning in order to deliver goods within the agreed timeline.
Review all relevant documents and records e.g., Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and to ensure all activities is follow to the latest ISO and Halal policies and procedures.
Ensure all manufacturing batches are produced in accordance with the BMR, SOP and consistently meeting the cGMP requirements and product specification.
Address the gaps of non-compliances or production issue; recommend actions to ensure gap or issue is closed within agreed budgets and time frame and to develop and recommend any continual improvement project can be made in Production department.
Follow up with cross function department on any issue related to production that could affect the productivity, quality and safety.
Plans, reviews and implements the operation and GMP trainings for all the relevant staffs to ensure the high-quality standards and overall regulatory compliance are always maintained.

Responsible to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for monitoring, managing, and improving the performance of the Production Department and to develops, improves, and set KPIs with individual direct reports and monitor individual performance.
Assist in the financial planning process i.e., creating routing, capacity planning, manpower planning and capital purchase planning.
