Director of Medical Services
Job Description :
- The Director, Medical Services reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and works together with or as the Person In Charge is responsible for the medical and clinical leadership of the Hospital.
- Supervise all medical and clinical facets of the Hospital and perform all administrative, supervisory, and educational functions relative to the medical/clinical components of the hospital.
- To maintain a culture of reporting incidents, speak up for patient safety and continuous quality improvement and management of medico-legal matters.
- To develop and foster effective collaboration between all divisions to implement integrated services meeting the company’s customer service objectives or customers’ charter.
- Implement hospital wide clinical and corporate risk management and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and quality and patient safety culture.
- Liaises with the medical staff to solicit input the enhancement of care and development of any new services required for further deliberation with the Senior Management Team.
- Assist in the Group Credentials & Qualifications Committee and Clinical Research Ethics Committee
