The Manufacturing manager will oversee overall daily operation of the factory production and manufacturing processes, to ensuring all related policies and procedures are followed. Develop processes that will maximize control, safety, quality and productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.
2. Increase production, equipment capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
3. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery.
4. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilizes equipment to produce optimal results.
5. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
6. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure best OEE.
7. Responsible for the overall function and requirements of the production at designated plant,
8. Confirm products status and monitor production achievement against target,
9. Initiate and lead continuous improvement activities and culture,
10. Ensure compliances to all the company rules, procedures and regulations among team members,
11. Promote positive culture and teamwork among team members,
12. Working together with HR Team to offer career and training development for team members,
13. Preference is candidate from Automotive Parts manufacturing industries.
