Job Description :

  • Solely in-charge of all daily HR and admin operations.

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and interview arrangements.

  • Handle all matters relating to admin support for all office related matters.

  • Handle payroll matters with appointed HR outsourced agency.

  • Assist in all onboarding and off-boarding processes.

  • In charge of monitoring the movement and tenure of employees.

  • Main administrative contact person for the office includes managing the building

    management, facilities management and any upkeeping matters.

  • Data entry and filing.

  • Any other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

  • Participate in other projects, new products and other initiatives including take up ad hoc tasks as required.

  • To support any group initiatives and projects.

  • Any other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Qualification :

Bachelor of Business Administration
