Coordinate recruitment activities and interview arrangements.
Handle all matters relating to admin support for all office related matters.
Handle payroll matters with appointed HR outsourced agency.
Assist in all onboarding and off-boarding processes.
In charge of monitoring the movement and tenure of employees.
Main administrative contact person for the office includes managing the building
management, facilities management and any upkeeping matters.
Data entry and filing.
Any other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Participate in other projects, new products and other initiatives including take up ad hoc tasks as required.
To support any group initiatives and projects.
Any other duties as assigned by the CEO.
