JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute marketing plan and implement strategies to position Hospital as the healthcare provider of choice and to oversee marketing efforts such thematic campaigns and promotions for new products and services such as Senior Connect and Connected Care, among others.
• Constantly maps market landscape, review marketing opportunities and campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute monthly promotional plans with clear KPIs that are in line with patient census targets.
• Lead awareness efforts and continuously identify areas of improvements to build loyalty and brand affinity.
• Responsible to engage the public, corporate and relevant stakeholders with creative and out of the box promotions of hospital consultants, facilities, and services with the aim of increasing subscription and take up.
• Plan and execute targeted events to market products and services.
• To work closely with internal stakeholders towards enhancing patient referrals to consultants.
• To collaborate and maintain a good relationship with NGOs and Pharmaceutical companies to initiate public forums, webinars, events and on the ground activities.
• To lead efforts in digital marketing strategies such as influencer marketing, video marketing and database marketing, among others. 
• Prepare reports on marketing performance and coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies impacting the industry.
• Participate in the Corporate Social Responsibility and community outreach initiatives. 
• To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior and/or Head of Department.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/Medical or equivalent. 
• Medical Doctor with licensure in country of practice, and registration/board membership/post- graduate qualification are encouraged to apply.
• Has a pleasant personality, is a team player and can work independently.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and is organized.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to communicate well.
• Computer literate and proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Creative, methodical and result orientated approach to marketing and communications.
