Assist in preparing monthly, quartnerly and yearly consolidated financial statements for the group of companies according to prevailing accounting standards and listing requirements.

Ensure timely preparation of financial accounts and reports.

Review monthly accounts, variance analysis and highlight key weakness.

Coordinate the budgetary process and financial forecast.

Review the tax computation and deferred taxation on quarterly basis for all subsidiaries.

Liaise with auditors, tax agent, solicitors, bankers and company secretary to ensure all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements are complied.

Any other tasks as assigned.
