As the Head of Corporate Office, you will lead organisational planning, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic support to the CEO. This role involves creating and implementing growth plans; fostering partnerships to drive revenue and enhance positioning; managing cross-functional projects and agreements; handling internal and external stakeholders; and ensuring effective governance and policies. The responsibilities include:
1. Project Oversight: Manage and oversee expansion projects, strategic plans, and initiatives to drive organizational growth.
2. Board Documentation: Prepare comprehensive Board papers and other necessary documentation for Board meetings.
3. Reporting: Develop and present detailed reports on projects, initiatives, and other corporate matters as required.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and Heads of Divisions to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.
5. Liaison Role: Act as a key point of contact between the CEO, Senior Management Team, and Board of Directors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
