Establish and review our Sustainability-related policies, procedures, framework, strategies, plans and proposals to ensure they are in line with leading practices.
Scan the external environment, understand trends and leading sustainability practices that may be applied or impact our client.
Perform sustainability risk assessment to identify and manage emerging sustainability risks.
Work with the Technical teams to operationalize our green roadmap and work on mitigation actions towards our Net-Zero Target for our client covering scope 1, 2 and 3.
Review and monitor the progress of Sustainability KPIs (this includes annual Sustainability Elements in Corporate Scorecard, commitment to UNGC, CEO Action Network, etc.) to ensure that sustainability initiatives meet its desired outcome as well to measure its effectiveness
Liaise with relevant Business Functions within the organization on reporting of sustainability initiatives to Management and to ensure timely and accurate reporting of initiatives.
Review analysis and writeup of material matters relevant to our client covering Environmental, Social and Governance parameters, in line with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) requirements.
Provide advice on CSR strategy and execution of programs to strengthen the organization's position as a socially responsible organization to our various community stakeholders
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of corporate governance plans, to strengthen stakeholder perception, reputation and safeguard its interest.
Communication and Engagement
Establish and execute internal and external sustainability communications strategy
Undertake any initiatives to strengthen advocacy of the organization in line with the organization's mission statement
Conduct trainings and engagement sessions with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness and instill a sustainability culture among the organization's personnel
Prepare reports to internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate the organization's sustainability initiatives, including the organization's Sustainability report
Organize roundtables, webinars, labs to communicate the organization's sustainability initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
