Partners with HR peers in execution of regional HR programs and strategies, to seek and provide
innovative solutions that support and optimize the operating objectives of the business, mitigates
risks and ensures legal compliance contributing to the long term financial success of the company.
Staffing
Provide professional expertise and specialization in scouting for potential employees, developing hiring strategies, designing interview question for open position.
Hire, monitor, counsel, analyze, discipline and suggest changes in employee status.
Maintain flow of applicant by ads placement, develop recruiting sources and execute
monthly / quarterly recruiting source reports.
Review regularly work orders as well as interact with all services
Support to prepare proposals as well as appointment letter for all new hires
Update staff tracking databases for transfers, new hire and turnovers.
Consistently orient or on-board new executives to standards setup
Prepare and update staffing orientations for new and existing staff
Support in on boarding process for all new employees.
Develop and ensure Hiring Managers provide and come out with job description
Tracking and organizing employee data in a database
Screening candidates (e.g., background checks, interviews, references, etc.)
Designing appropriate competency based-interview for each position
Experienced in performing skill matrix analysis
Familiar with job evaluation methodology and capable to design for commission
Tracking hiring metrics and running regular status reports
Building, updating, and maintaining talent pool database
Maintaining relationships with college alumni associations, event coordinators, etc.
Responsible for update tracking databases for transfers, new hire and turnovers.
