Manager, Business Development Strategy & Transformation
Job Description :
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops in identifying gaps and improvement opportunities that will improve patient experience and satisfaction (eg. waiting time, process optimization etc) and drive the organization towards patient centered services.
- Key liaison person for internal and/ or external stakeholders in implementing transformation programs.
- Drive change management in the organization via workshops, training and on-ground support.
- Responsible in project execution across hospitals and alignment with the program objectives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Assist his/her supervisor in developing and implementing strategies that are in alignment to the vision and mission of the organization.
- Assist in the governance and reporting of progress of ongoing transformation projects to the relevant committee.
- Support the hospital-wide implementation and adoption of healthcare technology and digital capabilities that is aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by superior.
