Lead the implementation and compliance of effective legal framework and practices as well as Shariah governance framework to support operations and protect the Company’s rights and interests at all times.

Manage financial, legal, and shariah non-compliance risks by taking an integrated view of all the uncertainties that exist across and develop plan to mitigate the risks.
Establish and manage strategic relationships with key external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (MECD / KUSKOP), lawyers, etc., to facilitate effective communications and operations relating to strategic direction of the organization.
As a member of Management Committee & Management Investment Committee, act as strategic business advisor by sharing Finance and Business Operations (Credit Admin, Disbursement, and Collection & Recovery) insights for performance improvement and better investment decision making.
Drive continuous improvement on the organization Group Finance Division’s policies, processes, practices, and system to enhance productivity and efficiency of the Company.
Keep abreast to market conditions and trends, and new regulations to ensure effective reaction to market changes.
Drive talent management effort by developing capabilities and competencies of Group Finance Division employees and motivate and inspire them towards achieving the company aspiration.
