Establish, drive and manage effective financial strategies and activities to support overall financial and strategic objectives of the Organization and sustainability of its business.

Act as strategic business advisor by providing financial, franchise developmentstrategy, legal and shariah advisory to steer the Organization towards its vision.

Formulate and shape business strategy and enterprise risk management with Management team by giving inputs related to financial, business operations, legal, and shariah agenda.

Accounts and Procurement

1. Drive, manage and monitor the financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial / management reporting, tax and procurement in compliance with regulations to ensure accurate, consistent and reliable information is disseminated to stakeholders in a timely manner.

2. Manage and monitor financial performance and translate the information into insights for timely decision making and initiate corrective actions to minimize impact of variances.

3. Sets and cultivate a Company-wide culture of ruthless focus on the bottom-line results to ensure a clear line of sight to financial target.

Credit Administration, Disbursement, Collection & Recovery

1.Propose and assist in developing effective franchise development strategies based on insights derived from financing portfolio and collection & recovery status to strengthen franchise development position and minimize potential losses.

Legal And Shariah

Lead the implementation and compliance of effective legal framework and practices as well as Shariah governance framework to support operations and protect the Company’s rights and interests at all times.

General / Overall

1. Manage financial, legal, and shariah non-compliance risks by taking an integrated view of all the uncertainties that exist across and develop plan to mitigate the risks.

2. Establish and manage strategic relationships with key external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (MECD / KUSKOP), lawyers, etc., to facilitate effective communications and operations relating to strategic direction of the organization.

3. As a member of Management Committee & Management Investment Committee, act as strategic business advisor by sharing Finance and Business Operations (Credit Admin, Disbursement, and Collection & Recovery) insights for performance improvement and better investment decision making.

4. Drive continuous improvement on the organization Group Finance Division’s policies, processes, practices, and system to enhance productivity and efficiency of the Company.

5. Keep abreast to market conditions and trends, and new regulations to ensure effective reaction to market changes.

6. Drive talent management effort by developing capabilities and competencies of Group Finance Division employees and motivate and inspire them towards achieving the company aspiration.
