Developing and implementing plans to meet targeted increases in the numbers of and
utilization by corporate clients, insurance companies and its agents, as well as GPs.
To initiate engagement activities, and to establish SJMC as the go-to healthcare provider of choice.
Liaising and maintaining working relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
To conceptualize and develop marketing collaterals including preparing and presenting on hospital’s services facilities, initiatives, and promotions.
The Manager will be fully responsible to establish and maintain good business relationships with Corporate Companies, Insurance companies, Insurance agents, GPs, Hospital Doctors, Malaysian Medical Association, Family Physician Association, Ministry of Health, Government Hospitals, Pharmaceutical Companies and Private Medical Centre to refer business to SJMC.
To monitor, collate, input, and analyze referrals to the Hospital from all GPs and external physicians, and produce monthly visitation, activities, and analysis reports.
Required to plan and organize webinars, Continuing Medical Education programmers' (CME), Basic Life Support (BLS) training and other related training programmers to support Corporate and Insurance engagements, as well as GPs and their clinic assistants.
