Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement internal controls and credit risk policies and procedures.

• Help manage the credit risk exposure of the organization and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.

• Oversee the preparation of performance reports management.

• Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the credit risk department.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance and at least 8 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and standard accounting software packages.

• Multi-tasker; capable of working on multiple projects at one time, often under pressure.

• Highly familiar with regulatory requirements.
