Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement internal controls and credit risk policies and procedures.
Help manage the credit risk exposure of the organization and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.
Oversee the preparation of performance reports management.
Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the credit risk department.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or finance and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and standard accounting software packages.
Multi-tasker; capable of working on multiple projects at one time, often under pressure.
Highly familiar with regulatory requirements.
