The Head of Financial Strategy oversees forecasting, risk assessment for investments, and ensures accounting compliance. This leadership role shapes and executes the organization's long-term financial strategy, offering insights, optimizing resources, and guiding financial decisions.

The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer of Sacofa Sdn Bhd

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and strict compliance with internal controls, rules, and regulations.

• Safeguard the group's assets and resources by optimizing Return on Investment (ROI) while maintaining their security and safety.

• Drive performance improvement and maintain high productivity within the financial function's staff.

• Cultivate effective institutional relations with external organizations, government agencies, banking and investment corporations, and major customers.

• Develop, maintain, and update financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform strategic decisions.

• Provide valuable financial insights, support financial planning processes, and offer recommendations to enhance financial performance.

• Ensure that budget proposals align with regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the tracking of financial performance against plans, analyze business performance, and monitor market conditions to create forecasts. Assist the CFO in making tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.

• Manage pricing strategies for company products or services, analyzing costs, industry pricing trends, and competitors' pricing.
