Support and manage PaaS/IaaS components including issues resolution, configuration, create new reports, regression testing, housekeeping/optimisation, system logs, system performance, create new instance for testing, etc to ensure efficient usage of the systems.
ERP System Support, Technical support for process and system improvement:
Support and manage end-to-end technical activities, system administration and maintenance work to ensure the system can support business operations effectively and
Drive and manage system enhancement of report customizations, PaaS/PeopleSoft extensions, and integrations to the existing applications and new enhancement to cater to business needs.
Support and manage the end-to-end integration of Oracle fusion and legacy systems and applications to speed up information flows and reduce operational costs for the organization.
Review technical support works done by external vendors including Application Manage Services (AMS) vendor to ensure compliance to specification and requirement needs:
Evaluate and validate the support services provided by external vendors on technical area to ensure compliance with scope of services as per the contract.
Review the quality of technical development work to ensure that business users do not face any issues when the solutions are move to the production environment, and
Review technical documentations provided by vendors.
Support and manage the technical support, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP/HCM/PSFT to ensure all issues and queries on the above are resolved and addressed within acceptable timeframe. Major responsibility areas are :
Report customizations
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
Workflow notifications
Integrations within Oracle ERP/HCM/PSFT, PaaS and with other third-party applications
PaaS customed applications
Single Sign On (SSO) configurations at Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS) and
Upgrades on Oracle Cloud Integrations, IaaS, and PaaS.
