Job Description :
- This position heads the following department:-
- Facilities Services (Building Services and Biomedical Engineering)
- Housekeeping (Housekeeping & Linen)
- Food Services (Kitchen Operation & Food & Beverage)
- Environment, Safety & Health (Security & Car Park Management, ESH, Mailroom & Despatch)
- Open option for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering candidates who exposed to facilities maintenance and some minor project management (PM) experience.
- Experience in managing Defect Liability Period (DLP). Exposure from retail industry (shopping mall) can be consider as well.
- Team Size is approximately 46 pax + 40 outsource.
