1. To lead, manage and maintain;
a) smooth management of execution and implementation of all HR tasks and processes; and
b) harmonious working relationship and environment for all employees and harmonious relationship with external stakeholders

b) continuous positive stakeholders’ management to sustain the HR requirements that contributes to achievement of overall Human Resources Strategic Plan and Operational Excellence that support the Organizational Mission, Vision and Values
Compensation & Benefits
- Maintaining & managing overall employees’ payroll processes including statutory deductions as per requirement by all relevant Acts;
- Keeping tab on current and updates on all relevant Acts concerning payroll processes and statutory deductions .
Talent & Data Management
- Managing the overall Talent Acquisition & Management functions for the group of companies which includes manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, orientation, monitoring of probation and confirmation status, movement including redesignation, transfer and attrition;
- Managing and maintaining employees’ database/profile timely and accurately;
- Ensuring standard documentation including preparation of all HR letters, contracts, memos and other HR-related documents.
Governance & Performance Management
- Reviewing, formulating and implementing overall HR policies and procedures;
- Ensuring full compliance with HR-related acts, policies, procedures, code of practice and guidelines;
- To lead the team, manage and champion the overall Performance Management functions
Industrial & Employee Relations (IER) Management
- To ensure harmonious working environment through maintaining close communication and rapport with both internal and external stakeholders including liaison with applicable Workers’ Union and its Representatives;
- To ensure standard maintenance of required documentations on all IER matters inclusive of disciplinary – related investigations and actions, Collective Agreements, correspondence and other employment and IR – related legal issues;
- To ensure maintenance of smooth routine operations covering administrative areas of IER activities;
- To provide IR advisory and legal viewpoints on matters concerning Consequence Management and Employment Act/Labour Law – related subjects.
- Keeping tab on current and updates on Employment, Industrial Relations and Trade Union Acts as well as on the courts’ awards concerning the said acts and IR - related cases
