You will be mainly responsible for handling the Finance reporting functions for our Malaysia regulated FS businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Cover the full set of accounts for all entities under the group.

• Cover all financial operational related matters.

• Handle taxation relation matters - corporate tax, SST/GST matters, including,

  computation and reporting.

• Handle Risk Based Capital and margin requirements/threshold.

• Perform all necessary regulatory filing and reporting to comply with requirements of

  Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bursa Malaysia Berhad (BM)

• Daily monitoring to ensure compliance with SC and/or BM financial requirements.

• Perform budgeting and forecast.

• Handle all ad‐hoc queries from internal stakeholders, counterparties, and custodians.

• Create (when needed) and improve on current operational processes for all areas

  relating to finance and finance operations.

• Partake in the implementation of projects and new systems.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred but not necessary, plus 10+ years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience.

• Experience in the financial industry would be highly advantageous.

• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and standard accounting

  software packages.

• Ability to speak, read and write Chinese is highly favourable as this role would require

  you to liaise with counterparts based in China.

• Multi-tasker; capable of working on multiple projects at one time, often under pressure.

• Awareness of administrative and financial regulations and how to apply them to daily

  workflows.
