1.     Oversees and set up the entire information technology department and is responsible for integrating business needs and requirements into IT planning and operations.

2.     Setting objectives and strategies for the IT department and providing guidance to IT staff and internal organization.

3.     Selecting and implementing suitable innovative technology to streamline all operations and optimize efficiency to gain competitive advantage.

4.     Designing and customizing technological systems and platforms to improve both operations and customer experiences.

5.     Analyze target markets and create business models to serve the clients’ needs and to grow the business externally.

6.     Establish relationships with stakeholders to develop trust and ensure reliability, timely and accuracy of information.

7.     Interprets and deliver information on regulatory and industry wide rules, regulations and standards.

Requirements

1.     Degree/Master in IT related field with minimum of 10 years in managerial position.

2.     Background in designing and developing IT Systems, planning IT implementation.

3.     Excellence knowledge of IT Systems and Infrastructure.

4.     Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as proven display of leadership experience.

5.     Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations.

6.     Proficient in establishing IT Framework and IT Security policies.
