1. Lead the formulation, development, and implementation of corporate strategies aligned with Pernas' objectives and vision.
11. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to guide the development of business strategies and identify emerging opportunities for growth.
111. Conduct research and analysis on market trends, policy developments, and industry changes to keep the organization aheadof competitors by identifying shifts in industry dynamics and leveraging new opportunities.
1v. Evaluate and recommend potential areas for expansion, partnerships, and diversification in line with the company's mission and goals.
v. Collaborate with senior management and other key departments (e.g., Business, Finance, Operations) to ensure that thecorporate strategy plan is in line with the overall business goals and operational capabilities.
v1. Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with the company's core objectives.
v11. Track the performance of strategic initiatives through company, division, department KPI and other metrics.
v111. Regularly report progress and strategic insights to senior management, providing recommendations for adjustments orenhancements.
