Job Description :

Managing all aspects of the organization's financial services, including financial and management accounting, budget planning, daily operations and department staffing to ensure an efficient finance operation and a positive workplace for staff.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting, including all revenue streams, cost centres, accounts payable, receivable, bank and fixed assets.
  • Coordinate, compile and prepare rolling forecast, annual budget and five-year business plan (P&L, CF and BS).
  • Monitor and track monthly and annual budget and P&L performance, prepare reports and analysis between actual and budget and forecast. Communicate up-to-date financial performance to the team and Head Office.
  • Check and reconcile daily revenue interface to collection mode in SAP, accrued ticket revenue (daily/group), entertainment duty and collection report.
  • In charge of fixed asset reporting and management, including asset sighting, addition, disposal or write off.    
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and submission for compliance tax, e.g. GST, withholding tax and other statutory duties and annual tax filing.
  • Involve in the preparation of month/year-end finance closing and responsible to prepare timely financial and statutory reports.
  • Observe the stock counts, investigate the variances and review the inventory write off memo.
  • Enforce good internal controls and corporate governance in the operation process and procedures. 
  • Preparation of cash flow forecast on weekly basis, monthly and 12 months rolling.
  • Perform ad hoc investigations, financial analysis and special projects.
  • Maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders, such bankers, government bodies, etc.
  • Review all accounts payable invoices/doc to ensure accuracy and justified to pay.

Job Requirements

  • A recognised degree or equivalent professional experience in finance/accounting, business management or related field.
  • Five years’ professional experience in business finance and accounting management positions, including four years or more as finance manager or above.
