Head of Corporate Services
Job Description :
Lead, drive and execute Human Capital, IT Support, and Corporate Administration strategies to ensure organisational and operational effectiveness and efficiency in Pernas and its subsidiaries.
- Formulate and shape Pernas’s business strategy and enterprise risk management with Management team by giving inputs related to people and IT/technology agenda.
Human Capital
- Establish, lead and drive Human Capital strategic plan by interpreting and translating business and financial performance implications to effectively support Pernas’s goal and objectives.
- Drive a culture of ruthless focus on high performance and accountability in Pernas to increase workforce performance and productivity.
- Champion organisation development to ensure sustainability and viability of its talent pipeline to support Pernas’s goal of becoming a Franchise Champion.
- Deliver strategic insights and foresights on organisational and people issues by adopting workforce analytics and enable sound and informed decision-making around workforce and people management.
IT Support
- Lead, manage and implement IT support strategy and policies & procedures in accordance to best practices and in compliance with relevant regulations to enable efficient exchange of information across the organisation.
Corporate Administration
Drive and manage administrative support to ensure organisational and operational effectiveness and efficiency.
General / Overall
- Act as strategic advisor to the Board and Management on all people, IT/technology and corporate administration matters in alignment to Pernas’s objectives.
- Manage people and/or IT/technology risks by taking an integrated view of all the uncertainties that exist across Pernas and develop plan to mitigate the risks.
- As a member of Management Committee & Management Investment Committee, share people management and IT/technology insights for performance improvement and better investment decision making.
- Drive continuous improvement on Pernas’s Corporate Services Division’s policies, processes, practices, and system to enhance productivity and efficiency of the Company.
- Keep abreast to human capital and IT/technology best practices and trends, and new regulations to ensure effective reaction to market changes.
- Drive talent management effort by developing capabilities and competencies of Corporate Services Division employees and motivate and inspire them towards achieving Pernas’s aspiration.
