• Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and preventing language, speech, and swallowing disorders.
• Communicating with the patient and liaising with family members to develop effective treatment plans.
• Educating patients and their families on speech disorders and available therapies.
• Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required.
• Teaching patients how to make sounds while improving their voices and maintaining fluency.
• Working with adults and children in developing and strengthening muscles used to swallow.
• Counselling individuals and families on ways to cope with swallowing and communication disorders.
Job requirement:
• At least Degree in Speech Therapy or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in related fields.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Knowledgeable and able to work independently
