Job Description :

As the Senior Manager of Group Human Resources & Administration, you will be responsible to assist the General Manager of Group Human Resources & Admin to oversee all aspects of HR and Admin operations. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and support.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures based on an understanding of business priorities and local legislation.
  • Oversee end-to-end of talent acquisition, performance management, and talent management initiatives in partnership with line management. 
  • Conduct and manage the company’s compensation and benefits programs, payroll administration, analyse market trends, benchmarking, ensuring equity and competitiveness in talent attraction and retention.
  • Managing and overseeing budgets and manpower planning to ensure the right talent is in place to support and achieve business objectives within approved budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression. 
  • Perform and support employee engagement activities, facilitate employee communication, assist the IR function in providing guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Supervise administrative functions such as facilities management and office operations; optimizing administrative processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Handling all other HR matters and undertaking tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required with strong knowledge of local labor laws in Malaysia, with at least 2-3 years of Senior Manager role.
  • Skilled at navigating and influencing through a matrixed organization.
  • Must be self-starter, hands on and passionate to operate both strategically and operationally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Good critical thinking, problem solving, own self-initiative and able to identify areas of improvements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of employees, ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
