The Company Secretary Assistant Manager's role is to assist Company Secretary Senior Manager/Manager to manage all company secretary matters including the Board, Board Committees, and any other committee under the purview of the secretarial unit.
Preparing and attending to various corporate documents, announcements, disclosures, and forms in relation to the Company in compliance with all regulations and requirements of the relevant regulatory bodies.
To communicate and inform the Board of Directors about the impending meetings, formulating the agendas of the meeting with the management.
Plan, arrange, co-ordinate and/or attend board and board committee meetings, general meetings and other management meetings.
Preparing the Directors'/ Members' resolutions, statutory forms, and necessary documents in relation to the corporate assignments/ matters.
Updating all registers of directors, secretaries, members, substantial shareholders, directors' interest in shares and company charges.
Providing statutory documents and information to internal and external parties of the
Company
Liaise with the share registrar on share registration matters.
Assisting in the preparation of the Annual Report and financial statements of the Company
Keeping abreast with corporate secretarial developments and all highlighting requirements and highlight it to the board of directors from time to time.
Ensure proper maintenance of secretarial and statutory records, due to submission of statutory returns.
Providing corporate secretarial support and assisting the company secretary in all group corporate secretarial functions.
To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments and secretarial matters as delegated by the superior from time to time.
