Attend breakdown maintenance for restoration of supply during normal working hours and standby period, inclusive of isolation of faulty section for network connectivity and restoration of power supply

· Related work on electrical expansion and third-party electricity supply requests, including switching, cable diversion, asset taking over, dealing with TNB, dealing with Suruhanjaya Tenaga, dealing with consultants, examining schematic drawings of as-built drawing during taking over, etc for 11kV and 33kV system.

· Carry out all duties of a BO Chargeman as specified under the Electrical Act and Regulation (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) e.g., switching

· Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.

· Conduct monitoring, trending, and tracking of daily power consumption of the development as well as initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.

· Provide support services for Operations team via onsite troubleshooting.

· Handle support call from NOC and communicate until restoration.

· Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults identified onsite)

· Carry spare devices and proceed replacement if equipment faulty.

· Liaise with TNB RO for onsite break-fix and joint test.

· Provide access to Level 2 and/or 3 engineers for remote troubleshooting.
