Understands the full spectrum of HR process and have hands-on experience in a plant.
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
Coordinate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Lead the recruitment and selection process for all levels of positions within the company, ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet operational needs.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, including employee engagement initiatives, training, and development programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
Communicate policies and procedures to employees and provide guidance on interpretation and compliance.
Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend updates or revisions as necessary to support organizational objectives.
Supervise HR administrative staff and functions, including employee records management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to HR administration, including data privacy laws and record-keeping standards.
Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations and exit interviews.
Manage plant security, hostel, migrant workers issues from time to time
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Minimum 10 years of related experience in Human Resource Management and at least 3 years experience in managing a team as a people leader
Undertaken HR transformation projects.
Familiar with matrix reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with Employment Act and current HR legislation.
