Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, organizing, and executing various events and promotions, and to ensure successful implementation of strategies and initiatives such as sponsorships and partnerships that will enhance hospital awareness to the public, and to corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies and plans ensuring targeted number of audiences is achieved at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event logistics.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Promotions and Campaigns: Design and execute promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, including print and digital assets.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.
Manage the content calendar for the department.
To support the department with sponsorship and partnerships that align with campaigns and promotions.
Ensure brand consistency across all events, promotions, and social media channels.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
Team Management: Lead and supervise internal and external teams of event coordinators, promoters, where relevant.
Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.
