Job Description :

  1. Provide performance management support and enhancement through various analysis and develop strategic decisions to enhance overall company performance.
  2. Enhance organizational development and strategic workforce planning, capabilities developments and future-readying our workforce within the group and responsible to develop strategies across the group.
  3. To design and develop effective performance management framework and structure across the group 
  4. To provide professional expertise and perform analysis to provide potential performance risks and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives. 
  5. To design and implementing a process for tracking employees’ progression from goal setting, mid-year reviews and end of year evaluations to support individual, team and organisational performance feedbacks and smooth implementation of annual performance appraisal process. 
  6. To manage and cascade organization strategies to respective HOD with the aim to enhance KPI setting and ensuring employees obtain ownership of their performance. 
  7. To perform collaborative partnerships with Rewards team to develop a well – defined rewards management structures in relation to performance management. 
  8. To collaborate and maintain positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders across the group and establish tools to educate and refresh leaders in managing and assess subordinate competencies. 
  9. To design effective channel for advisory services and managing performance improvement plans. 
  10. To lead the OD initiatives, review and design an effective organization structure aligned with company’s strategic directions with support from the HRBPs. 
  11. To lead analysis and identification of organizational gaps in the structure, processes and people practices followed by recommendations to achieve the business goals.
  12. To lead and manage the organizational effectiveness through activities such as periodic job analysis, job evaluation, job sizing, job person match, and organization restructuring. 
  13. To perform and manage yearly manpower planning and budgeting exercise as well as ascertain control on new job creation. 
  14. To form collaborative partnership with HRIS & Analytics team for manpower data analysis and digital dashboard.
