Ensure that products or services meet or exceed established quality standards. They are responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure consistent and reliable outcomes, lead a team that conducts inspections, tests, and audits to identify any deviations from quality requirements and work closely with other departments to address and resolve issues.

Ensure quality certification (ISO/IEC 27001)
Keep abreast with development in regulations and industry related to Quality Standards requirements.
To monitor expenditures against the budget on a monthly basis (cost control).
Ensure continuous improvement on all company’s PPG.
By coordination in the risk identification process (Risk Management).
Quality service to internal customers and interested parties.
Ensure continuous improvement in the quality environment (5S housekeeping).
