Corporate Planning Manager
Job Description :
The Manager, Corporate Planning plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic planning process and ensuring effective coordination of corporate initiatives. This position assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of corporate plans, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. This position reports tothe Senior Manager, Corporate Planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and execution of the corporate planning process, supporting the alignment of strategies with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, review business performance, and identify areas for improvement to contribute to the refinement of corporate plans and strategies.
- Support the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against strategic goals, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to risk assessments and the development of contingency plans to mitigate potential threats and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the business environment.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and business expansion plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's strategic planning process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in corporate planning, strategic management, or related roles, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make strategic recommendations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques, along with a solid understanding of business operations and key performance indicators.
