The incumbent will report directly to the Group Head, Business Development and will be responsible to generate revenue for local and international market through identifying and developing new markets and management of key accounts, with a key focus on driving medical tourism. Lead and implement the departmental activities, programs and initiatives for international market; and manage the team members to achieve the company’s goals and objectives and not limited to the following.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue from international patients.
Work with Group Head, Business Development to develop and plan international
business development and marketing strategic programs and initiatives.
Oversee the team members on development and implementation of business strategic plans/initiatives for international market.
Lead the team in implementation of pro-active initiatives and establishing new channels while working closely with various stakeholders.
Build and continuously increase the Company’s market share in the international and outstation market segments by focusing on agent referrals, interstate referrals, and strategic partners in the context of B2B and B2C.
Represent the Company in roadshows and events and make courtesy visits, in order to foster key account relationships and seize opportunities to promote the Company brand and services.
Lead and engage employees to meet and exceed performance standards; manage employee performance in accordance with company prescribed policies and procedures on performance management system.
Participates in other related activities of the Company to ensure the constant growth and smooth-running of the organization.
Perform any other duties assigned to meet organization and business goals and objectives.
