The Head of Sustainability Services will lead the development, implementation, and management of our client's sustainability strategy, focusing on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. This role is pivotal in driving our commitment to responsible business practices, promoting sustainability across all aspects of our operations, and enhancing our reputation as a socially and environmentally conscious entity. By leading ESG initiatives, this role will contribute to the long-term success of the Group while aligning with global sustainability goals and ethical standards.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy that integrates environmental, social, and governance considerations into their business operations, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead initiatives to reduce the organization's environmental footprint, including energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, waste generation, and water usage.
• Establish targets and action plans for achieving sustainability goals, monitoring progress, and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability principles into decision-making processes, operational practices, and business strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and communities, to communicate the organization's sustainability efforts and address their concerns.
• Oversee social responsibility programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, labor practices, and community engagement activities that contribute positively to society.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, labor laws, human rights, and data protection regulations across the organization's operations and supply chains.
• Strengthen corporate governance practices, transparency, and accountability, while promoting a culture of integrity and responsible conduct.
• Manage sustainability reporting, including preparing ESG disclosures, impact assessments, and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, and integrate relevant insights into the organization's sustainability strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, guiding ESG risks, opportunities, and their potential impact on the organization's long-term value.
