Job Description :

Our client is directly responsible to support Group and all hospitals on Performance and Rewards portfolio for our client. The role requires the expert skill of a seasoned and hands-on C&B specialist. Experience in leading an effective implementation of the Performance & Rewards framework for the company includes and not limited to the following. 

  • Formulate, develop, review, implement the Performance Management Framework and manage the annual Performance Management end-to-end activities. 
  • Guides, train managers and staffs on effective annual performance review exercises, conduct audit to cultivate KPIs setting and one-to-one appraisal practices in support of driving performance culture for the organization. 
  • Conduct the salary review exercise at the reasonable interval and implement new salary scale based on job designation within healthcare market and competitors. 
  • Responsible in conducting Job Evaluation, review of variable compensation plans including allowances and any incentive schemes within Group. 
  • Responsible to plan and managed the annual budget preparation for human resources departments and budget for the compensation scheme in the organization. 
  • Regularly monitor and update the Employees Handbook and HURE, Policies for all categories of staffs (healthcare and flex-ben) in adherence to the Risk Management practices and timeline. 
  • Overseeing employee database management, supervise administration of benefits and payroll under DXC administration for senior management team from Grade 7 & above (include the C-suites) and perform internal audit on any updates and reporting if necessary. 
  • Partner with the recruitment personnel to review the salary proposal to ensure competitive salary proposal packages and approval is adhered to. 
  • Manages the international mobility remuneration package for any international hiring and transfers within Group. 
  • Oversee the company’s sponsorship program for the our client
  • All other ad-hoc activities related to the company’s performance and rewards portfolio
