Job Description :

  1. Provide ERP System Support, for Oracle Fusion Financial application issues, business process and system improvement to ensure optimal usage of the system.
    1. Provide 2nd level of support to super users in addressing application issues and clarifications in using Oracle Fusion Financial applications
    2. Responsible for Oracle Fusion Financial applications security control and data management
    3. Guide and facilitate business user in business process improvements and responsible for system implementation of the enhancements.

 

  1. Provide support for Financial business users in relation to: 
    1. Address and resolve any issue raised by superuser related to Oracle Fusion Financial application 
    2. Support during monthly and yearly period closing for all the respective modules to ensure smooth flow of monthly and year end closing.
    3. Assist business users enhance reporting and analysis available from Oracle Fusion using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and FSG (Financial Statement Generator)
    4. Assist business users perform mass data upload using File Based Data Import (FBDI)
    5. Work with vendor to support business users addressing system issues, clarifications, and enhancements.
    6. Review the works delivered by vendors to ensure it meets the business needs and at the same time comply with the requirement and the agreed specification. 
    7. Support and facilitate the business users in testing the solutions provided by vendors to validate the enhancement.
    8. Guide business users in system steps for their understanding to develop training materials on the usage of new system or enhancements. 
    9. Responsible for raising and responding to Service Requests with Oracle Supports for standard product issues.
    10. Review, analyze, test, and implement new updates from Oracle – working with external vendors on the new updates from Oracle.
