As the Digital Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be the bridge that connects development, implementation, and coordination of digital marketing strategies to support the business objectives for the corporate brand. The incumbent will be required to be agile, hands-on, creative, innovative, and most importantly, have a real passion for Digital Marketing.
Social Media Channels:
• Adapt to the everchanging landscape of social platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Responsible in formulating overall content strategy and working in hand with relevant stakeholders to ensure engaging content are published regularly.
• Conduct detailed analysis of social engagement performance and advise stakeholders on actionable recommendations for both short- & long-term perspectives.
• An active Social Media police who regularly audits and ensures published content on all relevant channels are in the right format.
Website Management
• Oversee all web content request and enhancements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting web site related issues with web vendor. (Technical & non-technical)
• Sound understanding of the company's products functionality.
• Collaborate with IT team whenever there’s any integration or development required.
• Responsible for ensuring domains are renewed on a timely
• Describe the job’ s key responsibilities, functions and activities in a concise matter
• List amount of time spent on each responsibilities, functions and activities, where possible manner.
• Generate monthly web reports for leadership teams.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on content updates, as and when required.
SEO & SEM
• Drive paid campaign performance across search, display, paid social etc.
• Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of paid search campaigns.
• Possess good fundamentals in both SEO & SEM.
• Responsible for analyzing and generating high-level reports of both SEO & SEM growth performance.
• Provide recommendations around campaign structuring, targeting, remarketing and budget optimization.
• Working closely with appointed agencies to constantly optimize strategies in place.
• Digital PR & Communications
• Working closely with internal stakeholders where necessary in areas of PR and Communication support where special projects
may be assigned based on the job and skills required.
• Event Support
• Provide additional support to hospitals on special event / activities program from time to time.
