The Manager, Marketing & Communication will assist in developing robust marketing plans to support growth based on marketing strategies defined at hospital level.
• Lead and guide the Marketing team in the implementation of Marketing initiatives and activities for this hospital to meet operational KPIs.
• Plan & execute events / activities with Marketing team to ensure effective promotion of in-house doctors, consultants, hospital facilities and services to external hospitals, corporations, insurances and public.
• Manage and monitor department operational budget through successful implementation of the Marketing activities with positive conversion.
• Work together with other departments of this hospital to achieve KPIs set and promote hospital facilities and services.
• Work together with the Group Branding & Communications to increase brand awareness for this hospital and its doctors.
• Be the Brand Ambassador for the Hospital in building desired corporate images through marketing initiatives and activities.
• Produce marketing collaterals for this hospital to support marketing initiatives for this hospital.
• Preparing robust reporting on Marketing activities monthly for the Hospital CEO.
• Support the Corporate Revenue team in improving collection.
