Position Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for our client'’s e-Invoicing & FinTech solutions. This role involves lead generation, cold calling, product demonstrations, and closing deals to drive revenue growth in the Malaysian market.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients, including MSMEs, & large enterprises

✔ Client Engagement & Sales: Conduct sales pitches, schedule and deliver product demos, and close deals.

✔ Market Research: Gather intelligence on competitors, customer pain points, and industry trends to refine sales strategies.

✔ Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.

✔ Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow- ups.

✔ Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
