Job Description :
- Lead, develop strategies and monitor actions plans for Department's revenue / income aimed at ensuring that financial targets of the annua Business Plan are achieved for the Company's growth and sustainability.
- Spearhead projects, commercial contract or in collaboration with national or international agencies to meet the short, medium and long term technological and business objectives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build effective relationships, identify key opportunities and enhance influence in strategic areas.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future services by conducting market research supported by on-goig visits to customers and non-customers.
- Drive business improvement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Recommend and develop new areas of calibration to support the continuous growth of the company.
