To lead and drive the Group's international business growth, export expansion, strategic partnerships, and market development initiatives across global markets. He/She is responsible for developing and executing international business strategies, expanding the Company's footprint in existing and new markets, securing sustainable revenue growth, managing international commercial operations and positioning the Company as a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare solutions provider in selected regional and global markets.
1. 2. International Business Strategy & Growth
• Develop and execute the Group's international business strategy aligned with the Company's corporate objectives and growth aspirations.
• Identify and prioritize strategic markets for expansion across ASEAN, Middle East, Africa, South Asia and other emerging markets.
• Establish short-term, medium-term and long-term international business growth plans.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability from international markets.
Market Expansion & Business Development
• Lead market entry strategies, including distributor appointment, strategic alliances, licensing arrangements, joint ventures and market penetration initiatives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for pharmaceutical products, medical devices, biopharmaceutical products and healthcare services.
• Explore opportunities for CDMO, OEM, contract manufacturing, technology transfer and product licensing partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with government agencies, ministries of health, procurement authorities and healthcare institutions in target countries.
International Sales Leadership
• Lead and oversee all international sales activities to achieve revenue, profitability and market share targets.
• Establish annual sales targets, forecasts and business plans for all international markets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Distributor & Strategic Partner Management
• Establish, appoint and manage distributors, agents, business partners and strategic alliances in overseas markets.
• Develop distributor performance management frameworks and governance mechanisms.
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure partner effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership arrangements.
Regulatory & Market Access Leadership
• Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to accelerate product registrations and market access initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are fulfilled to facilitate timely market entry.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends across international markets.
