To oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely.
To develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs and improve product quality.
To ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other industry standards.
To lead, mentor and develop a high-performing manufacturing operational and support team.
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product development.
To manage the Plant budget including cost management, resource allocation and financial reporting.
To ensure the highest standards of safety, health and environmental practices are maintained across the Plant.
To drive a culture of operational excellence, quality and continuous improvement.
