Assistant Manager, Production
Job Description :
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for potential improvement in existing manufacturing processes through data analysis, process mapping, and value stream mapping.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and visual management to streamline production flow and reduce waste.
- Plan, organize, and lead cross-functional teams in the execution of continuous improvement projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to track performance, identify trends, and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Develop and document standardized work procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and sustainability of improvements.
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to implement holistic improvements across the value stream.
- Maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
