Formulate and implement internal controls and credit risk policies and procedures of all products offered by the Company.
Manage the credit risk exposure of the organization and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.
Oversee the preparation of performance reports management.
Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the credit risk department.
Participate in other projects, new products and other initiatives including take up ad hoc tasks as required.
Involved in cross functional projects which may require operations involvement in the process.
Ensure all KPis for team members (If any) are being planned in accordance of the overall objective of the company.
Mentor and motivate teams (if any) to achieve productivity and engagement in accordance of the KPI set.
Participate in other projects, new products and other initiatives including take up ad hoc tasks as required.
To support any group initiatives and projects.
Any other duties as assigned by the Chief Risk and Compliance (CRCO) and CEO.
