Lead Finance Department (GL, AP, AR and Credit) & producing financial report. Analyze & provide financial information to support operation team to carry on operation activity.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Prepare income statement, provide financial information & consolidation template for Southern Region.
2. Monitor & prepare unbilled report - accrued revenue & container deposit.
3. Provide Management Performance Indicator (MPI) based on financial information.
4. Prepare weekly Profit & Loss, Forecast P&L & Revenue by customer.
5. Cost saving – to provide figure and verify - for HQ.
6. Calculate costing / P&L simulation - for new project / new rate.
7. Checking & monitor GL and prepare monthly journal for closing.
8. Verify payment voucher & bank reconciliation.
9. Manage external & internal audit.
10. Provide & solve inter-co reconciliation if has variance.
11. Direct involve in AMP / Budget for Southern Region.
12. Any other task / job as and when required by superior and / or Management / ad-hocSouthern and HQ.
