1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
i. Provide strategic direction, leadership and oversight Allied Health Services, including Rehabilitation Medicine (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Child Development Centre), Psychology Services, Speech & Hearing and Medical Social Work.
ii. Drive alignment of services with organizational priorities and Centres of Excellence (COEs), including Children’s Health, Geriatrics, Orthopaedics, and Neurosciences.
iii. Oversee operational performance across multiple disciplines and service areas.
2. Growth & Performance Management
1. Drive patient census and revenue growth across allied health services.
2. Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Identify opportunities for service expansion and optimization.
3. Service Integration & Quality
1. Enhance integration of allied health services within multidisciplinary care models.
2. Strengthen care pathways to improve patient outcomes and experience.
3. Ensure high standards of clinical quality, safety, and governance.
4. People & Capability Development
1. Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across various allied health functions.
2. Build organizational capability and leadership bench strength.
3. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirement
·Bachelor's degree in any Allied Health disciplines (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Audiology, Pharmacy, Dietetics or equivalent).
·Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate high initiative and work towards achieving company goals and objectives competently.
·Good conceptual and analytical thinking with strategic orientation.
·Exhibit management leadership qualities and capability to drive employee engagement.
