Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is an exciting opportunity to join our client as the Head of Human Resource. In this full-time, permanent role based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, you will be responsible for leading and managing the human resource function across the organisation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Developing and implementing the HR strategy to support the overall business objectives

• Working closely with our client's shared service on recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees

• Managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

• Designing and administering employee benefits and compensation packages

• Promoting a positive organisational culture and supporting employee engagement initiatives

• Providing strategic HR advice to senior management

• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing HR team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the education industry

• Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and industrial relations

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
