Lead and manage the entire supply chain function, including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid production disruptions.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory requirements relevant to pharmaceutical operations.
Collaborate closely with Production, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to support business goals.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supply chain digitization, and process automation.
Develop strategic relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure reliability, quality, and performance.
Prepare and manage the supply chain budget, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain to foster a high-performance culture
